Most people with phobias learn to avoid what they are afraid of. However If you cannot, you probably will experience:

  • Panic and fear
  • Racing heartbeat
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Physical shaking

Use a scale to measure the levels of distress when experiencing the fear / phobia e.g. 10 = highest 1 = lowest

Score : 1- 3 . You are currently managing your level of distress, keep an eye on your score and if it consistently goes over 3 then contact me to get the help you need.
